Hi, this is Regina! I'm a high school junior from the Bay Area with a strong passion and interest in helping others with their mental health.

People who know me often describe me as an outgoing and creative person who finds joy in a lot of things, especially art. It's something that allows me to express my emotions in many different unique ways that I can't usually find in other activities. I'm a person who deeply values friendships and loves connecting with others everywhere I go which has lead to me being very empathetic. Being an empath is also what made me interested in supporting people with their mental health, and I hope The Path Forward offers a hub, full of kindness and understanding to those who may be struggling.

I hope to use my creativity and compassion to make a difference and inspire and uplift others around me.
